In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website.

The term “personal data”, with reference to the definition in Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “Basic Data Protection Regulation” or “DSGVO” for short), refers to all data that can be related to you personally. This includes, for example, name, address, e-mail address and user behaviour. With regard to the other terms, in particular the terms “processing”, “controller”, “processor” and “consent”, we refer you to the legal definitions of data protection law in Art. 4 DSGVO.

As a matter of principle, we only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and the content and services we offer. The processing of personal data takes place regularly only if you have given us your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO or the processing has been carried out by statutory provisions, in particular by one of the parties referred to in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) to lit. f) GDPR, is permitted.

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this is provided for by national or European regulations to which we are subject. In this case, the data will be blocked or deleted when the storage period prescribed in the respective regulations has expired. The latter shall not apply if further storage of the data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

If we wish to use contracted service providers for individual functions on our website or use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you below in detail about the respective processes.

Processing of personal data when using our website for information purposes

If you access our website without registering or otherwise providing us with information (“Informational Use”), we only collect the personal data that your web browser sends to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to enable you to view our website and to ensure stability and security:

The collection and temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to enable the delivery of our website to your terminal device. For this purpose, your IP address must be stored for the duration of your visit to our website. The storage of the above-mentioned data in log files serves to ensure the functionality and optimisation of our website as well as to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of this data for marketing purposes does not take place. Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in the aforementioned purposes. The above data for the provision of our website will be deleted after the respective session has ended. A deletion of the data in log files takes place at the latest after seven days. We will only store your data if we have previously deleted or altered your IP address and it is no longer possible to assign the data to your person. In addition to the aforementioned informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. Contact us

If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data you send us with your e-mail will be stored.

The data will only be used to answer your questions. Insofar as we do not use a third party named below to provide the contact function, the data will not be passed on to third parties. In addition, we record your IP address and the time of sending.

The processing of the above personal data serves solely to process your enquiries.

This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data. If you have given us your consent for this, the legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Moreover, the legal basis for the processing of such data is Article 6(1) of the EC Treaty. 1 lit. f) GDPR, in particular in the event that the data is transmitted to us by you by sending us an e-mail. Insofar as you wish to work towards the conclusion of a contract by means of your e-mail, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. (b) GDPR constitute an additional legal basis.

Subject to legal retention periods, the data will be deleted as soon as we have processed your request. If you contact us by e-mail, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. We would like to point out that in this case your request cannot be processed further. You can declare your revocation or objection by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address given in the imprint.

 

Google Analytics

We use “Google Analytics”, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”), on our website. Google uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If the website enables anonymization of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie (“IP anonymization”), Google will first truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Pseudonymous usage profiles can be created from the processed data. The IP address transmitted when Google Analytics is used is not combined with other data from Google.

We use Google Analytics only with the IP anonymization activated as described above. This means that your IP address will only be processed by Google in abbreviated form. A personal relationship can thus be excluded.

We use Google Analytics for the purpose of analysing the use of our website and continuously improving individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. Through the statistical evaluation of user behaviour, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This also includes our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Google Maps

We use on our website the service of “Google Maps”, an online map service of Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently. When you visit our website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. Your IP address will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. When you’re logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out in advance. Google Web Fonts

We use “Google Web Fonts” on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Web Fonts allows us to use external fonts, called Google Fonts. When you access our website, the required Google font is loaded from your web browser into the browser cache. This is necessary so that your browser can display an optically improved representation of our texts. If your browser does not support this feature, a standard font will be used by your computer to display it. The integration of these Web Fonts takes place by a server call, usually with a server of Google in the USA. This will tell the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of your end device is also stored by Google. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected and processed by Google through the use of Google Web Fonts.
